Oklahoma voters will not get the opportunity to vote on the legalization of medical marijuana until next year - at the earliest - but one Oklahoma lawmaker is already introducing legislation that would define the drugs cultivation and sales.

Former Choctaw High School teacher and assistant wrestling coach, Austin Quinton, was sentenced to serve jail time after pleaded guilty to engaging in a sexual relationship with teen student.
Quinton, 25, pleaded guilty to four counts of second-degree rape of a 17-year old female.
Currently inmates at the Oklahoma County Jail are assessed a fee of $32 a day for their confinement. This fee is applied to all inmates, regardless of any finding of guilt or even the filing of criminal charges.
