5/31/2017 - Canadian County - Stanley Arter, 34, of Vernon, Texas has been arrested Oklahoma after he allegedly tried to solicit sex from an undercover officer posing as a teenage girl online.

Arter was arrested today by Canadian County deputies .

Arter reportedly is employed with a fracking crew and works in Oklahoma two weeks at a time before returning to Vernon to be with his family.

During Arter's communication with the undercover officer posing as a teen, Arter allegedly sent several photos of his genitals.

Arter was arrested at a location he had setup to meet with his child victim. Arter reportedly planned to take the child back to a home he shared with three male co-workers while working in Oklahoma.

Arter was arrested and booked into the Canadian County Jail on one count of lewd acts with a child. Arter's bond is set at $50,000.
