OKC HOA treasurer charged with felony embezzlement

6/2/2017 - OKC, OK -- Ralph Leslie Mann, 66, of Oklahoma City has been charged with stealing in excess of $160,000 from the Summit Place homeowners association coffers.

Mann was the treasurer for his HOA from 2002 through April 2016.

According to court records, Mann wrote more than 70 checks from the HOA account to himself. The checks ranged in amounts from $142 to $17,800.

Mann has been charged with eight felony counts of embezzlement. Mann's bond has been set at $100,000.
