7/27/2017 - Enid, OK -- Kathryn Green of Enid has been charged in connection with the death of her newborn, found in the trash last April.

Green, 26, was charged today with murder, unauthorized disposal of a corpse, child neglect, obstructing and officer and drug possession.

The medical examiner ruled the newborn boy's death a homicide due to methamphetamine toxicity. The medical examiner noted that the infant's umbilical cord was still attached.

Green is reportedly undergoing a mental competency examination.
