8/24/2017 - Tulsa, OK -- District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler said Tuesday his office found no criminal wrongdoing on the part of either the Tulsa police officer or two Tulsa County sheriff's deputies who shot 29-year-old Joshua Barre on June 9.
Investigators say Barre was walking along the street carrying two butcher's knives. Deputies arrived on the scene and tried to talk Barre into dropping his weapons.
Deputies then tried a stun gun, which had limited or effect.
Deputies then opened fire, killing Barre.
